Just minutes from Victoria Station, and not that far from Westminster, the Cask & Glass in Palace Street, Victoria, may be small, but it is also 'suitability attached'. (For those in the know, and if only for that reason, it is well worth a visit while in the neighbourhood.)
It is also one of our favourite CTG Meeting Points in the area, which is why we we have put a date in the diary for a special visit there on Friday the 17th of July.
Cask & Glass (Suggested Budget £20.80)
Our favourite haunts are selected for a reason and, for us, the Cask & Glass is almost as good as next door to a rather special location.
If you don't know your local history or if you don't know much about 1960s TV, you may well need a power of perception beyond the five traditional senses (sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell) to guess the reason why the Cask & Glass is 'suitably attached'.
