In January we started the year with New Year Drinks at our Lunchtime Forum on the 1st of January and then had our first putt of the month the following day before wrapping up the week on Friday night.

 

We were in Cambridge on Monday the 6th, where we had our first CTG Meeting Point at The Salisbury Arms. After lunch we headed to The Regal in the City Centre to take advantage of the Wetherspoons January Sale.

 

Later in the month we were in the Engine Room at Battersea Power Station for 'The Wednesday Forum' at 3 pm.

 

The folllowing week we were at The East India Club in St James's Square for an Investors' Circle Dinner and then on Friday the 31st we were in Canary Wharf, Westminster and Mayfair for our last Friday of the month gatherings

In February we got out to the countryside a bit more, which included a visit to a 17th century pub that I hlast visited almost 50 years. (They've moved the dartboard to favour right-handed players, but much else is still the same.)

 

We also had our first CTG Ramble of the year, and our summer one is now scheduled for Saturday the 19th of July. Additionally, we now have an unbroken record of getting out on the putting green at least one a week, for every week of 2025, so do come and join us sometime this year. 

 

In Mayfair we got to meet up at the Oriental Club and in the City, on the day of The Wednesday Forum, we got to spend time at The Ned.

 

Guests can join us at many events each month, with both the last Wednesday and the last Friday being important days in our Calendar for those wishing to join us in the City of London or Mayfair.
