We invite business folks from London to join as for a day out in Birmingham, to meet locals working in business for Christmas Drinks and a Curry.
It all started when we had reason to visit The Investment Association's Engine Room in Birmingham in 2024, and we now look to meet folks in the fintech and financial services worlds there on a semi-regular basis:
- We take a fast train from Euston to Birmingham New Street in the morning and a fast train back, so there is no need for an overnight stay.
- We have favourite venues, and we also recommend a visit to the Birmingham Museum & Gallery, for those who have never visited before.
- Birmingham’s hosts a Frankfurt Christmas Market.
- At other times of the year, we look to visit one of the local Golf Clubs.
